Reversing Heart Disease

Heart disease is a serious illness, and one of the leading causes of death. Anyone who is feeling chest pains must see a doctor. To prevent heart disease, change to a healthy lifestyle with a good diet and exercise. Prevention is better than the cure. A healthy lifestyle means exercise and a diet full of Omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants.

Atherosclerosis is a degenerative disease that clogs your arteries with plaque. Prescription drugs is available. However, if you begin a holistic treatment, you contact your medical doctor. Natural remedies and prescription drugs often conflict with each other.

A diet with chili peppers and cayenne opens your blood vessels to allow the plaque to move through. Ask your doctor about supplements to stimulate your digestive system .

Garlic is also known to prevent heart disease and reduce high blood pressure. It also lowers the cholesterol levels in the blood and reduces blood clotting. Hawthorn is sometimes called the "heart tonic." Again, let your doctor know that you're added these herbs to your diet.

Most people with heart disease have a poor dietary lifestyle. They eat mostly processed foods, bad fats, and don't get enough vegetables, nuts, and fruits. It has been proven that supplements and a good diet can lower your risk of heart disease and even reverse the symptoms.

Heart disease does not have to be the leading cause of death in the U.S. If people changed their lifestyle, the heart disease statistic would lower and
heart disease would be reversed.
