Teenagers today get bogged down with video games and Internet surfing. Consequently, the condition of their bodies is being ignored. And convincing them to exercise becomes a fight.
The key is to get teenagers to look at exercise as a fun hobby, instead of a dreaded task. What is it in a teenager’s life that has meaning to them? Grooming horses, controlling manure at the ranch, and riding horses, not only burn calories, it also instills a significant caring for an animal.
Dancing teaches grace and steps, and it is also great exercise. When your teen loves to dance, then exercise doesn’t become a fight.
