Thomas Perry

Thomas Perry (1947 to   ) lives in Southern California with his wife and two daughters. He is an American writer who writes spine tingling mystery novels.

Thomas Perry has been a laborer, maintenance man, commercial fisherman, weapons mechanic, university administrator and teacher, and television writer and producer (“Simon and Simon”, “21 Jump Street”, “Star Trek: The Next Generation”).

His Jane Whiteman mystery series spanned from 1995 to 1999. After a ten year retirement, he has recently published a sixth intriguing novel for his Jane Whiteman series called “Runner.”

Perry recently admitted that he had to remember how Jane Whiteman sounded, thought, felt, and what makes her angry. He wanted a smooth transition from his fifth book to his sixth book.
